Carrie Gallahan is a values-driven executive with a deep sense of responsibility to create positive collaboration among teams. She
has over 20 years of leadership experience in the senior living industry and a healthcare background. She has been
a guest presenter for many forums and conferences across the U.S. both in person and virtually. Carrie holds
Bachelor and Masters degrees from Indiana University and is the founder of Saving Libraries, a passion project
based on the proverb "every time an old person dies, a library burns to the ground." She tirelessly advocates to
save the "libraries" of elders.

Marcia Newman joined Custom Training Solutions LLC in 2017 as a Facilitator and Executive Coach. Marcia holds a Masters in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, a Leadership Studies degree from Purdue and a Bachelors degree from Indiana University. She is a preferred speaker and a certified coach, trainer, consultant and facilitator.
